Each individual product goes through a stringent quality control inspection to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. our products are handmade in our local facility so some variance is to be expected. In the unlikely case of any unsatisfactory manufacture defects or incorrect order we will give a free replacement and pay for the return shipping costs.
